*These parts can be optional depending on the instruments you have in your ensemble. Additionally, it does seem that younger bands in particular have a surplus of saxes and are often missing oboes, bassoons, double basses, etc. Fractals will play beautifully if you leave out the optional instruments and substitute saxophones for oboes and bassoons. These parts are available upon request.
